Your name and contact details (address, home and mobile phone numbers, email address)
Details of your qualifications, employment history and experience.
Your nationality and immigration status and information from related documents such as your passport or other identification and immigration information.
Details of tests and assessments undertaken on courses such as Paediatric First Aid.
Job preference and salary expectations.
Your racial or ethnic origin, sex and sexual orientation, religious or similar beliefs.
Information regarding your criminal record.
Health Information.
Details of your referees.
Invoices and National Insurance Number.
How Long Do We Keep Information
The Company maintains records for Clients and Freelancers for 10 years. Should anyone request their information be removed from any Company databases they must do so via email request to nannyemmyquestions@gmail.com and we will notify you of the completion of this process. This request must be made from the same email address collected either in the recruitment process for freelancers or in the booking process for clients. If any data subject wishes to make a Subject Access Request they may do so by emailing nannyemmyquestions@gmail.com from the email address our team currently hold. This will be fulfilled within 1 calendar month in line with applicable legislation and ICO guidelines.
Monitoring and Recording Communications
We may monitor and record communications with you such as telephone conversations and emails for the purpose of quality assurance, training and compliance.

We will send you information by email about our services which may be of interest to you. We will only ask whether you would like us to send you marketing messages when you tick the relevant boxes when you complete our online booking form for the first time.
